*These whipped balms will begin to melt around 75*F. We do not recommend ordering if your weather warmer than that.

These whipped balms will be shipped with an ice pack during the warmer months. Please indicate in the checkout instructions if you need an ice pack (especially if you do not live in the Midwest and have unseasonably warm weather). Please bring your package in right away once delivered to prevent the product from melting. It can still be used if melted, but the whipped texture may be lost. Please refer to this page if one of your products melts during shipment.
