Mulled Orchard Bar Soap | Seasonal

Lather up and it's like stepping into a real apple orchard on the first properly cold day of fall. Bright tangerine and bergamot burst first, sharp and sunny, before warming into cinnamon leaf, clove bud, and black pepper, like your first mug of cider of the season. Coriander seed and balsam fir round it out with a soft, woodsy hush, the smell of pine needles underfoot and one deep breath of cold outdoor air. Crisp, cozy, and a little spiced, all in one bar. Swirled by hand in rust, bluish gray, and cream, so no two bars look quite the same.

Ingredients

Made with an olive and grass-fed tallow base, colored with natural clays and an alkanet infusion, and scented with pure essential oils of tangerine, bergamot, cinnamon leaf, clove bud, black pepper, coriander seed, and balsam fir, with benzoin standing in for vanilla (true vanilla extract doesn't hold up in cold process soap).

Details

• These soap bars should last at least 4-6 weeks, depending on storage, frequency of use, and environmental conditions. Each bar is cured at least 5 weeks for optimum longevity.
• Leave in the open to air dry between uses. A soap dish or tray is recommended to prolong the life of the bar.
• Scent and color may fade some over time, which is normal for naturally scented and colored soap.
• Handmade in a very limited seasonal batch; slight variation in appearance is normal.
