It helps aid digestion, helps ease respiratory conditions, and also contains several necessary vitamins and minerals.

How to Use
To make one cup, steep 2 tsp of the tea blend in hot water for 10 minutes, then strain.
To make a quart, use 4 tbsp and steep for 1–2 hours before straining.
Enjoy hot or cold as needed. For an extra hydration boost, add a pinch of sea salt to your tea to provide additional electrolytes.
