Lady's Mantle may interact with medications taken orally due to its tannin content, which can decrease the absorption and effectiveness of such medications. It is advisable to take this tea at least one hour after taking any other oral medications.

How to Use
To make one cup, steep 1 tsp to 1 tbsp of the tea blend in hot water for 5–10 minutes, then strain.
