• Lady’s Mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris) – Traditionally used to support the female reproductive system, lady’s mantle may help tone and strengthen uterine tissue while easing menstrual discomfort. Lady's Mantle may interact with medications taken orally due to its tannin content, which can decrease the absorption and effectiveness of such medications. It is advisable to take this tea at least one hour after taking any other oral medications.
• Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus)* – Rich in vitamins and minerals, raspberry leaf is known to support uterine health, balance hormones, and ease cramping during the menstrual cycle.
• Lemon Balm Leaf (Melissa officinalis)* – A calming herb that may help soothe mood fluctuations, ease stress, and support better sleep—especially during hormonal changes.

How to Use

To make one cup, steep 1 tsp to 1 tbsp of the tea blend in hot water for 5–10 minutes, then strain.
