How to Use
- Use on dry skin before bathing or showering.
- Start at your feet and brush upward in long, gentle strokes toward the groin (lymph nodes).
- For arms, begin at the hands and work upward towards the armpit (lymph nodes).
- Use upward motions on joints and abdomen (towards lymph nodes).
- Follow with a warm shower and apply a nourishing moisturizer, such as our Whipped Body Butter or one of our Body Oils, for optimal hydration.
