Ingredients

Hemsworth Homestead handmade sugar scrubs are made with quality natural ingredients and are scented with 100% pure essential oils. Optiphen Plus is used in my sugar scrubs as a natural preservative that is paraben and formaldehyde free and is internationally accepted for use in cosmetics. It prevents the growth of bacteria and mold so you can use your sugar scrubs in your shower or bath with confidence!

White sugar is used to exfoliate the skin and contains essential nutrients to feed the skin. It is great for all skin types!

Coconut oil helps lock in moisture the skin and smooth the skin. It can also cleanse impurities, minimize the look of wrinkles and fine lines, and calm temporary redness.

Directions

Do not use more than 2-3 times weekly to avoid over-exfoliating the skin. Use the included spatula to remove a small amount of scrub from the jar. Massage scrub into skin and then rinse off. Avoid getting water into the sugar scrub jar to maintain its texture and prevent microbial growth.

Details

>>IMPORTANT:  This product melts at slightly below body temperature (around 80-85 degrees Fahrenheit). If it is warmer than that where you live, the product may melt during shipping. It is still fine to use if it melts, but the texture may be altered. We do not recommend ordering if your weather is warmer than ~80 degrees.

Each sugar scrub jar contains about 8.11oz or 230g each. Due to the nature of these products being handmade, there may be slight variations in appearance. These sugar scrubs contain a natural preservative (see above), but they should be used within 6 months of opening to avoid mold or bacterial contamination.

Allergy Warning: People with skin sensitivities or allergies should first test the scrub on a small spot of the skin and stop using it if any irritation occurs.
