Which Tallow Cream Is Right for You?

We make four tallow products and people ask me all the time which one to start with. The honest answer is that it depends on three things: whether you want scent, whether it's going on your face or your whole body, and how much you want to commit before you know if you like it.

Four questions and you'll know.

1. Where are you mainly putting it?

A) My face, mostly

B) Hands, elbows, everywhere dry

C) Both, I want one jar to do everything

D) On my kids, or on skin that reacts to everything

2. How do you feel about scent?

A) Love it, something warm

B) Love it, something calming

D) None. Fragrance is the whole problem.

3. What's your skin actually doing?

Results

Mostly A's: Renew Tallow Cream
Frankincense, whipped soft, made for face and body. This is the one people reach for when they want their moisturizer to feel like something they chose rather than something they settled for.

Mostly B's: Lavender Tallow Balm
Grass-fed tallow with rosehip oil, beeswax and lavender. Calming, gentle enough for most skin, and it comes in two sizes so you can try the small jar first.

Mostly C's: Calm Tallow Cream
Blue tansy with lightweight grape seed oil. This is the one for skin that's dry and blemish-prone at the same time, which is a combination nobody seems to formulate for.

Mostly D's: Pure Tallow Balm
No scent at all. Grass-fed tallow, rosehip oil, beeswax, and not much else. If you've reacted to things before, or you're putting it on a baby, start here. Two sizes.
